FAB - Fem Allies in Business was born out of a vision to create a dynamic space where women from all industries could come together to connect, collaborate, and support each other in their personal and professional journeys.
Founded by Jaylen Gilmore in 2023, FAB started with a simple mission: to empower women by fostering connections, building leadership, and driving growth. Our first event on March 21, 2023, marked the beginning of a movement that has since inspired countless women to take bold steps toward their goals.
