Founded by Jaylen Gilmore, FAB began with a clear mission: to empower women by cultivating authentic relationships, encouraging leadership, and creating space for bold growth. Our very first event, held on March 21, 2023, was the beginning of something special—a movement that continues to inspire women to step into their power and pursue their goals unapologetically.
