Creating meaningful connections is at the heart of Greet Mercer Island. From introducing neighbors to one another, to connecting trusted local businesses with ideal clients, Greet serves as a bridge that strengthens community ties. Jana has been passionately involved in this mission since 2019 when she became the owner and publisher of Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills. In 2024, she expanded her role by acquiring Greet Mercer Island, bringing her experience and enthusiasm to a new neighborhood.

Through engaging storytelling and vibrant photography, Greet captures the unique spirit of each community. Readers look forward to finding it in their mailbox each month—featuring stories and snapshots of their families, children, pets, and local events. Jana also partners with outstanding local businesses, helping them build strong, authentic brands through strategic advertising and genuine relationship-building. Her approach goes beyond marketing—it's about becoming a familiar, trusted presence in the lives of residents.

Outside of publishing, Jana is married to Evan and is mom to Jackson. Her family also includes their tiny dog, Max, and their cat, Tigger. She enjoys cooking, sipping wine, and spending time with good friends.
