Jaylen wears many hats, each representing a unique passion and purpose in her life. First and foremost, she is a proud mother of three remarkable children—whose success, happiness, and strength remain her greatest achievements and lifelong motivation.

Jaylen is also the founder of Fem Allies in Business (FAB), a networking community born out of her involvement in the Renton community. After recognizing a need for women to genuinely connect, support, and empower one another, she launched FAB as a space where women can show up authentically, share their experiences, and build each other up. Her mission is to grow FAB into communities far and wide—because when women partner, uplift, and empower each other, women win.

Professionally, Jaylen serves as a Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer at 1st Security Bank, where she combines her financial expertise with a passion for helping others grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

In addition to her roles in banking and leadership, Jaylen is a self-taught silversmith and the proud owner of Stone & Silver Co., a handcrafted sterling silver jewelry business she launched in July 2024. Her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit shine through in each piece she creates—blending her love of art, nature, and individuality into timeless wearable designs.
