Rebekka Sollars

Rebekka has a passion for helping people, regardless of their professional career or individual characteristics. She has a background in counseling with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. She worked in the education and county systems providing counseling services as well as in administration of private inclusive preschool and family resource center for several years before moving to the Pacific Northwest.

Since arriving in the PNW, Rebekka has spent time as a substitute paraeducator and for Kent School District, the director of a private preschool and kindergarten for 5 years and is now the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of and IT support company. Watchtower IT Solutions, founded by herself and her husband in November of 2023.

Through her experience with FAB, Rebekka has witnessed the authenticity and vulnerability that women are willing to embrace when gathered together for a common purpose. She has seen how a group of women with warmth, support, engagement, encouragement, and passion really can begin to change the world around them.

Rebekka wants to be a part of it and help the fires of female empowerment through authentic relationships burn bright!
