Wu Zhou, affectionately known as Happy, brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy, operations planning, management consulting, and product development to her role as Strategic Planning Advisor for FAB. She is passionate about creating communities of support and belonging for women to grow and achieve success together.

Happy's diverse background as a female founder, small business owner, real estate investor, first-generation immigrant, and mom equips her to engage actively with members of FAB. Happy has navigated the complexities of building a successful corporate career while balancing the demands of motherhood and entrepreneurship. Happy's corporate career at Amazon, AWS, and Microsoft honed her strategy and leadership capabilities, where her strategic insights and leadership drove 10x business growth. Her experience as a minority female small business owner and real estate investor has given her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by women in business. Happy is excited to contribute to FAB's mission of empowering women through connection and collaboration.

In addition to her role as Director of product strategy at Microsoft, Happy is also the CEO of Femme Health Enterprises, Inc. This business is founded on the vision of empowering women to achieve success in her health and wealth journey through innovative products and services.

Wu is a financial strategist with 20+ years of experience in corporate strategy and currently serves as the Strategy Lead on the FAB board.
