Bloom Studios:  Now Accepting Applications for Artist Studio Spaces and Pop-Up Shops

Thank you for your interest in Bloom Studios.  We are a collaborative space in downtown Renton offering artist studios, pop-up shops, a space which serves as a classroom and community meeting space, and career training and resources for artists and entrepreneurs. We are open weekdays to the public.

Artist Spaces Availability:

• 2 semi-private studio spaces

• Size: 8' x 10' (80 sq ft each)​

• 24/7 access

• Card key access

• Affordable rent

• Month to month rental agreement

We want to make sure that our community is a good fit for your creative goals and working style. Our studio is currently best suited for artists working in water-based mediums, dry mediums, and more. At this time, our facilities cannot accommodate spray paint, oil, or encaustic artists (water-based oil is okay). Our current studio artists use the following mediums: Fibers, acrylics, paint making

Pop-up Shops Availability:

• 2 pop-up shop spaces

• Size: 6.5' x 7' (45.5 sq ft each)

• Affordable rent

• Weekly rental agreement

A pop-up shop is a temporary in-person retail activation.  A pop-up shop is a great way to introduce your products to new customers, and allows you to test new avenues for your brand and build brand buzz.

Space Details:

• Access to shared common areas

• Basic utilities included (electricity, water, garbage)

• Security cameras on premises

• Lighting:  Natural lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows

• Low cost, high-speed, internet is available at additional cost

• Parking:  Garage parking, street parking​​

Waiting List: Once all spaces are filled, we will maintain a waiting list for future openings.
