Mentor Terms & Conditions for Fem Allies in Business

By submitting the Mentor application form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility and Application​

You confirm that the information provided in your mentor application is accurate and up-to-date.

You understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a mentor.

You agree to comply with any eligibility requirements for the mentorship program, as determined by the organization.

Mentorship Commitment

You agree to commit your time and expertise to mentoring based on the mentorship format, duration, and availability outlined in your application.

You acknowledge that mentorship is a voluntary role, and while it is not a paid position, you will dedicate reasonable time and effort to support your mentee’s growth.

Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by your mentee during the mentorship relationship.

You agree not to disclose any personal, business, or organizational information provided by your mentee without their explicit consent.

Code of Conduct

You will act professionally, respectfully, and with integrity during the mentorship relationship.

You agree to create a safe and supportive environment for your mentee, fostering a constructive and positive learning experience.

Discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that undermines the value of the mentorship program will not be tolerated.

Communication

You agree to communicate in a timely and respectful manner with your mentee.

You will establish clear expectations for meetings, follow-ups, and any other communications, and you will be responsible for ensuring both you and your mentee adhere to these expectations.

Feedback and Evaluation

You agree to provide constructive feedback to your mentee and be open to receiving feedback on your mentorship approach.

You may be asked to participate in periodic evaluations or surveys to help improve the mentorship program.

Termination of Mentorship

Either you or your mentee may choose to end the mentorship relationship at any time. In such cases, you agree to provide notice and handle the situation professionally.

If you decide to withdraw from the program before completing your commitment, you agree to notify the program administrators promptly to allow for appropriate adjustments.

No Liability

You understand that the mentorship program is a voluntary and informal arrangement. The organization is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of the mentorship relationship.

You agree to hold the organization harmless from any legal or financial liabilities arising from your participation as a mentor.

Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data by the organization for the purposes of facilitating the mentorship program, in compliance with the organization’s privacy policy.

Modification of Terms

The organization reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
