What You’ll Do as a Mentor

As a mentor at FAB Bloom Studios, your role will involve:

We are seeking mentors who:

How the Program Works

1. Application Process: Fill out the mentor application form on our website. Provide details about your experience, areas of expertise, and the type of mentorship you’re interested in offering.

2. Matching: Based on your application, we will match you with a mentee whose needs and goals align with your expertise.

3. Mentorship Sessions: Once paired, you and your mentee will set a meeting schedule that works for both parties. Mentorship sessions can take place virtually or in person, depending on availability and preference.

4. Ongoing Support: We encourage regular check-ins and follow-up to ensure both you and your mentee are making the most out of the relationship. You’ll have access to additional resources and support from Bloom Studios to enhance the mentorship experience.
